In October 2024, Westminster City Council approved The Other House’s planning application to transform the former police station at 202-206 Buckingham Palace Road to create a new hospitality offer, The Other House Belgravia.

Working together

We have been liaising closely with Westminster City Council to ensure that our works incorporate all relevant requirements. In line with this, we have developed an overarching Construction Environmental Management Plan and a Logistics Plan. These documents outline how we intend to manage the works with minimal disruption to the community and the environment.

What to expect?

The works involve the dismantling and the structural refurbishment that will take approximately 60-weeks.

Our works are planned to begin in July 2025 with the installation of full perimeter scaffolding and hoarding followed by the physical deconstruction. We will ensure regular updates are provided to keep you informed about progress and upcoming activities. Updates will be posted on the project website, and we will also share key information via email or newsletters.
