The Other House

The Other House is a residents’ club for people going places. We give people somewhere they can call “home” for as long as they are in town and give them the opportunity to make the place their own. High-quality design and facilities leave an impression on our residents and members. From British craftmanship to low-carbon architecture, sustainability is at the heart of the house.

Our Vision

We want to create a Residents’ Club in Belgravia on the site of the old Police Station, where people can stay for as long as they need. We will provide an inspirational space that attracts local residents, who will be able to enjoy our all day café, bistros, restaurants, and wellness facilities.

Residents’ Club

Everyone who stays at The Other House will have access to the range of amenities available in the Residents’ Club for as long as they are in town. They will enjoy flexible accommodation as each club flat is fitted with a living room, an integrated kitchen/diner, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom, as well as full access to the Club.

Restaurants and Bars

Every Other House is host to our signature bar, the Owl and Monkey, and a street-side café, The Other Kitchen, which will be publicly accessible. This means that people can walk in of the street into stylish interiors and enjoy a drink or something to eat.

Member’s Club

Members will have access to all our spa and wellness facilities as well as beautifully-designed destination bars not open to the public.

Neighbours from the local neighbourhood can apply to be members.

Spa and Wellness

Our spa and wellness facilities give members the chance to unwind and destress at the end of a day. As well as a spa and gym, we offer pool facilities, and a variety of group and individual wellbeing sessions, such as yoga, stretching, and meditation.

Other locations

We opened our first location in South Kensington in July 2022, and it has quickly become a popular destination for our independent and discerning clientele. The Other House Covent Garden is due to open in winter 2024.
